Annette first stumbled across yoga when a previous employee would put on weekly classes for their staff. Finding that she could do yoga well, back then, it was more of a form of exercise than practice. A few years later, Annette found a yoga class locally that really opened her eyes to what yoga was actually all about in terms of connecting the body with the mind. This in turn has helped Annette with events in her life and progressing through them. Having then practised many styles of yoga for over 12 years now, Annette decided she wanted to teach her passion. She wants to be able to pass on her knowledge and passion of yoga to hopefully inspire others to take up their own practice.
Our aim is to give you an hour just for you. An hour to focus on yourself, to take your mind away from everyday life. An hour to bring your focus back within, back to your breath, back to your body, back to your present moment. You will leave each practice feeling calm, relaxed and back in touch with yourself.
