Set within the beautiful surroundings of Salt Water Studios in Worthing, you will enjoy a Hatha flow class to help strengthen your body, whilst bringing peace within. Using a blend of meditation, movement and breath work to restore balance within our body and mind, finishing with a beautiful lavender infused savasana.

For 12-weeks we will explore 7 main Hatha yoga poses, building up each week with the level of the pose. All set in a community, non-ego based locally independent gym.
This course runs every Sunday for the 12-weeks. Please contact if you would like to express an interest and to book.
Maybe your yoga journey is just starting out or you prefer to practice one-on-one rather than in a group setting. Each session will be suited to your ability following an initial consultation.

If you're looking for a class to build on your strength and flexibility, with the added benefits of what yoga can offer, Vinyasa is for you. Using the breath to flow from one pose to the next, we will work on building strength within the body whilst staying present in the mind.
